When we started Reliable Analysis, I wanted to work with the best and the brightest. I wanted two core values to be stressed at RA, integrity in all actions and outstanding customer service. I looked to bring together a team that shared my vision of building a company that balanced an entrepreneurial spirit with personal growth and fulfillment. My goal was, as it is today, to design an environment that can meet the individual's goals while maintaining RA's core objectives. For the past fifteen years, we have continuously built an outstanding team of scientists, engineers, statisticians and technologists. Reliable Analysis Inc., is now a well-known worldwide leader of automotive testing services with (4) locations positioned around the globe, to better service our customer's needs. Though we have achieved great things, I continue to stress that as a team and as individuals, we continue to grow and enjoy our work. The 21st century ushered in a rapidly changing, global business environment. Our customers have more choices and quality, flexibility, and the ability to change quickly are no longer unique discriminators but expected traits. However, I'm pleased to tell you that the values that drove me years ago are still valid today and will help us to stay differentiated and thriving. Our opportunities for individual and company wide growth have never been better or more exciting.
